WRONG COLOR/WRONG PRODUCT
If you received a different hair color or the wrong product, you can return it unopened. We'd be happy to help you choose the right color. Simply email us a photo of your hair or your desired color. service@rubin-extensions.com or via Whatsapp
REFUND OF COSTS
The refund will be made to the payment method you selected at the time of purchase
PROCESSING TIME
Please note that processing returns takes some time as they need to be thoroughly checked.
DISCOMFORT
Complaints must be sent in advance by email with a detailed description of the defects including photos to service@rubin-extensions.com Returns require prior approval from Rubin of Switzerland AG. The product will then be thoroughly analyzed and checked for defects. This process can take up to two weeks. Once a decision regarding the product has been made, we will contact you. Complaints can be submitted within 14 days of the order date.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns if the seal is broken or the inner packaging is not original.
